How to use it

1. Tear open the packaging

2. Soak the back ice pack in water for about 3 minutes

3. Wipe off any surface moisture with a dry cloth

4. Freeze for 2–5 hours (or microwave for 3 minutes for heat therapy)

5. Secure the pack to your body using the adjustable straps and begin application.
